Stephanie is an experienced, driven, and accomplished professional with over 25 years of mortgage experience with leading, high-profile companies holding positions of increasing scope and responsibility. She spent 16 years as a Mortgage Closing Specialist. She has closed thousands of mortgage loans which include: Conventional and VA purchases, refinance’s, Jumbo Loans, Investment loans, HELOCs and 2nd home loans. She is escrow officer experienced; T.R.I.D. Trained; is a Commissioned Notary Public in Arizona; is a Certified Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association (NNA) and is a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist.
Stephanie has a strong background in many areas including loan closing, loan funding, post-closing, processing work, staff training and supervision, quality assurance, and customer relations. She is thoroughly familiar with industry practices, standards, and protocols. She has won numerous industry awards signifying exemplary performance and production, as well as a commitment to high client satisfaction.
