Lori leads the Signature Xcel team overseeing daily order processing operations to ensure
quality metrics are met and client expectations are exceeded. Lori’s 20+ years of experience in
various management/supervisor, operation monitor and finance coordinator roles make her an
invaluable member of the Signature Xcel team. Lori spent 6 years working for one of the top
lenders as a closer, where her quality metrics earned her several awards and accolades. She
possesses a Bachelor of Science, Business Management, graduating with honors as a Member
of Lambda Sigma Chapter of the International Business Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta. In
addition, she is a Commissioned Arizona Notary and has successfully completed various training
programs throughout her career in Business, Vendor Relations & Sales and Customer Service,
earning her several certificates and awards.
