Lori serves as Senior Associate Director of Client Services, leading the Signature Xcel team overseeing daily order processing operations to ensure quality metrics are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Lori’s 20+ years of experience in various management/supervisor, operation monitor and finance coordinator roles make her an invaluable member of the Signature Xcel team. Lori spent 6 years working for one of the top lenders as a closer, where her quality metrics earned her several awards and accolades. She possesses a Bachelor of Science, Business Management, graduating with honors as a Member of Lambda Sigma Chapter of the International Business Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta.
In addition, she is a Commissioned Arizona Notary and has successfully completed various training programs throughout her career in Business, Vendor Relations & Sales and Customer Service, earning her several certificates and awards.
