Erin serves as Associate Director of Client Services and brings more than 25 years of experience in the title insurance and real estate closing industry. She graduated with Honors from Franklin University with a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management and a minor Psychology of Business. Having worked in nearly every area of the industry, including signing agencies, notary work, escrow officer and title department manager, she offers a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the closing process from start to finish.
A licensed Ohio Title Insurance Agent and Ohio Notary Public, Erin has personally closed thousands of transactions throughout her career. Known for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service, she is passionate about helping clients navigate even the most complex transactions with confidence.
Beyond the office, Erin is actively involved in philanthropic efforts focused on human rights and supporting underserved populations through volunteer work and fundraising initiatives. She also a proud parent of three children—two adult daughters and a young son who keeps life exciting and full of adventure. In her free time, she enjoys reading, following live courtroom proceedings, and diving into all things true crime.
